About these terms

Limits London offers event-production services, personalised printed products, and a small event shop. Not every part of the site is available to purchase online at all times.

If checkout is temporarily unavailable, you can still browse, create an account, prepare designs and send an enquiry.

Event production and DJ services

Live event production is arranged by enquiry and quotation. Sending the contact form or requesting a proposal does not book a date or create a contract for services.

A booking is only made if we send a written confirmation after discussing the date, venue and production brief.

Personalised products

Personalised invitations, magazines and keepsakes are made from the design you approve. You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling and other details before you pay.

Some products are prepared only after we have checked the file. If that applies, we will say so at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Personalised or made-to-order goods may be treated differently from standard retail products if you later want to cancel or return them. See Returns for the current position.

Shop products

Items in the event shop are shown for information when they are not available to buy. A shop listing does not mean stock is for sale until purchase is clearly offered at checkout.

Accounts

You must be able to receive email at the address you use to sign in. Keep that inbox under your control. Designs and orders are tied to the signed-in account.

Payment

When online checkout is available, payment is taken through Stripe hosted Checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully recorded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. How VAT is treated is a business decision and will be stated clearly once it is confirmed.
