Who we are

Limits London is the customer-facing business for event production enquiries and the personalised products sold through this website. You can contact us at hello@limitslondon.co.uk.

Company registration details will be added here once they are confirmed for publication.

Information we use

If you create an account we store the email address you use to sign in, together with any event details you save, such as names, dates, venues and personalisation choices.

If you place an order we store the delivery address you provide, order and payment references, and the artwork generated for your design.

If you send an enquiry we receive the name, contact details and message you submit.

The site uses Vercel Analytics. We also keep limited operational logs so we can run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, prepare designs, take payment when checkout is available, fulfil personalised orders, answer enquiries and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell customer lists.

Who helps us run the service

Depending on the task, information may be processed by Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payment when checkout is available), Cloudflare R2 (private artwork storage), and the print fulfilment partner we use when an order is sent to production.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Limits London does not store full card numbers.

How long we keep information

Retention periods have not yet been published. We keep account, order and artwork records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, meet accounting obligations, or resolve a query, and we will update this notice when those periods are confirmed.

You can ask us about the information we hold, or ask us to update or delete it where that is possible, by writing to hello@limitslondon.co.uk.
