Write to hello@limitslondon.co.uk with your order number and what has gone wrong. We will look at the order and reply.

Personalised and made-to-order goods

Invitations, magazines, foil prints and similar items are made from the design you approve. They may not be returnable in the same way as a standard unused retail product.

UK consumer law still applies. The exact cancellation and returns position for personalised goods depends on the product and the circumstances, and should be confirmed before relying on this page as a legal statement.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, tell us. Do not assume a refund has been issued until we confirm it.

Event production

Event-production services are arranged by quotation, not through the product checkout. Any change or cancellation of a booked production date is handled in that written agreement.

Shop products

When shop items are available to buy, returns details for those products will be stated at the point of sale. Items currently marked as unavailable are not sold through this site.
